Really appreciated her showing us the exercises properly and doing them with us, paying attention to our form. The space had great ambient lighting. Make sure to get there early if it’s your first time as the building layout is a little tricky to navigate at the start. Also bring your own padlock for the lockers! Lovely receptionist too :)
