An effective workout, and the mindfulness part of it makes it a great way to end the week and start the weekend. Emily is such a kind, welcoming, encouraging instructor. Can't recommend this class highly enough

alle beoordelingen weergevenAmazing class! Great music, good vibes, and best of all a GOOD sweat! The workout was challenging but easy to follow. I’m fairly new to Pilates and was able to easily follow along (just kept falling over some bc I’m still new). Can’t wait to keep going to get better at it!
