alle beoordelingen weergevenWow!!! What an absolutely amazing experience. I loved Allissa’s class. Her energy is warm, inclusive and energizing!!! I love how accessible cycling is - there is choreography but you are strapped in and there is no way you can fall or stumble. At one point, Allissa immersed the whole room in darkness. The lights are kept low. It’s easy to lose yourself in the workout and feel in the zone. I loved it! The workout is amazing, low impact and modifiable to all levels of fitness. The bikes are smooth like butter and feel so satisfying to ride on. There is ample free and easy parking. The location is very convenient - Ridgedale Mall on the same side as Cheesecake Cafe and Dicks. Can’t wait to ride again! Small suggestion - bike 26 isn’t ideal - I couldn’t see myself in the mirror and the view to the instructor was limited at that vantage point. Other than that, the workout was the absolutely amazing!!!!! 🤩
