At the same time, she definitely pushes us and makes us work hard! I leave every class feeling like I truly made the most of the hour. Please add more of her classes!

alle beoordelingen weergevenLiked the instructor! Very welcoming and gave clear verbal cues. Classes are very beginner accessible, there is a bit of learning curve in regard of using the machine and picking the correct resistance depending on ones fitness level. Thats just a reformer thing in general. A beautiful view from the studio. No shower though. However the music was not my jam. Soft upbeat covers of various mainstream top40 pop songs. Also heard Fergie being played, and Nelly Furtado-promiscuous girl. Someone else would probably love it and it’s just a preference thing and there will always be someone who doesn’t like it no matter the choice. Nevertheless switching it up could be interesting, maybe palatable melodic house , yacht rock, funk.. Anyhow teacher was great at adjusting the volume when she spoke up to give us directions, very thoughtful.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI was surprised at how amazing this class was. The instructor starts with a testimony / birth story from a mother who utilizes prenatal yoga techniques. All movement and breath is intentional and she guides with such grace and detail. It was only in this class that I realized that I am in fact capable of doing these poses thanks to her small corrections while she watched me attentively. I have been to a few prenatal yoga classes so far and she was just the best. THE final boss of prenatal yoga lol. Thank you!
