Included a few exercises I hadn’t done before but as it’s a small class (max 5 people) the instructor was able to spend time correcting everyone’s form which was great.

He’s friendly and the studio itself is beautiful! Not to mention the selection of SOCKS & SASS grip socks available - Refine Pilates I’ll be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class and great instructor! I hope to return. There was ample space for everyone, the equipment was good and the instructor had great music and instructed form well. Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
