But you can understand the differences with a quick instruction with the trainer at the beginning of class, so come ten minutes early to get this instruction (essential). It’s more strength training and time under tension. It’s tough so get ready to work. But ultimately very satisfying as a strength workout and fun on the Megaformer. Sammy is a nice instructor.
