alle beoordelingen weergevenExcellent Yin yoga class. Very relaxing, detailed instructions, and experienced yoga teacher. The bolster, blocks, weighted eye mask and other equipment was already in place when I arrived, so all I had to do was bring my yoga mat and lay down. The studio is very spacious and well lit. I enjoyed the Tibetan singing bowls and also the rose and hibiscus tea at the end. I came in with a shoulder ache caused by my own bad posture, and left with no ache at all. 10/10 would do this again!

This was my first sound bath experience and I can’t say enough good things about the space, Krystal and the other people I was in class with. I felt so completely relaxed and afterwards, Krystal took the time to ask each of us how we felt and she educated us on chakras and why we might’ve felt certain energies. The space and room was very clean with a relaxing ambiance. Pointed out an area I was feeling tense and she made sure to spend more time there. All tension was gone and I left completely relaxed and refreshed. Any tip can be left with receptionist on the way out. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

She still tried to make up for it afterwords with a mini version of it. I will definitely go back and I trust they will give the full treatment next time.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI’ve done various sound baths around the peninsula in South Bay and I can’t remember the last time I down regulated into such a relaxed state so quickly until this sound bath session. Veronique was such an experienced and gentle sound healer, and I felt totally safe and calm so quickly in her hands and I came into this experience really stressed and frazzled from work related stress and the fact that I was able to get so deep into calm so quickly and just completely feel myself let go and be in a state of mental rest during this was incredible. Would highly recommend this class, just hoping that for the express class they adjust the credits down from nine, but I will say it was totally worth it.
