alle beoordelingen weergevenReally great class, Lina paid a lot of attention to form & heavier weights which is great. Really wonderful flow to class and it was challenging. The downside has nothing to do with Lina, and it doesn’t warrant taking any points off for that reason: but the red panels for the radiate classes are badly positioned, they really shine in your eyes. I had to move place (luckily there was free space!) as it was really hard to see. The panels were so bright & low, it triggered a migraine for me, so I’ll be looking for the regular build classes vs radiate ones where I can.

alle beoordelingen weergeven10/10! Samba bringt super viel Erfahrung und Know-how mit, man fühlt sich einfach in guten Händen. Er teilt sein Wissen, sodass man nicht nur zum Sportmachen in den Kurs geht, sondern auch noch was mitnimmt. Hab auch die super offene Atmosphäre bei Solid People geliebt! Man merkt total, dass der Community-Gedanke großgeschrieben wird, und fühlt sich direkt als Teil davon. Das macht’s echt besonders :)

I would consider myself “picky” with the coaches I take classes with nowadays and sometimes I’d already know how the class will go just from the first few mins of the workout. But Lara instantly made me fall in love with her class right from the start. It’s obvious that she really thought through the flow of the class from breathwork, body release, use of props, and the layering of the exercises. Her cues were clear and crisp, her voice was dynamic and not monotoned, the music used for the workout were in the perfect beats, and her corrections were specific and intentional 🥹 She has the energy I’ve been looking for with group classes and I’m definitely coming back 💕

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class with Milita was smooth, energetic and everyone was really sweating (as promised :P). The studio has mats, dumbbells and other materials that are taken good care of, and even though it’s not listed here on ClassPass, there are also showers. Totally recommend!

Ihre positive Energie ist ansteckend und sorgt für eine tolle Atmosphäre. Die Stunde hat unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht und war einfach rundum schön! Man merkt, wie viel Herzblut sie in ihr Training steckt. Ich kann Charlotte wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf die nächste Stunde! ✨

Die Trainerin war mega lieb , hat alle Übungen vorgemacht und falls es notwendig war auch korrigiert . Trainerin war sehr Kompetent und die Übungen, die wir gemacht haben könnte man sofort spüren 👌💯😀.Es war sehr schön bei euch im Studio, dankeschön für tolle Training !🫶😊.

alle beoordelingen weergevenEine wirklich intensive und tolle Inferno Class mit Alda🔥 Auch wenn ich schon einige Hot Mat Pilates gemacht habe, hat sich Inferno Pilates nochmal besonders intensiv angefühlt. Das Workout war challenging, abwechslungsreich und man merkt definitiv, dass der ganze Körper gearbeitet hat. Die Atmosphäre war super und die Alda hat richtig gut motiviert. Ich komme auf jeden fall wieder! 🤍
