alle beoordelingen weergevenWow, this was the best class I have taken in any studio! Everyone was nice and welcoming. Izzy’s ceremony at the end was the highlight of the class. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try the combination of meditation, breathwork, sauna and cold plunge.
