The booking process is pretty simple. Once you book on classpass, they email you a code and you finish the booking on the website and redeem so the massage is $0 on the website. So follow the time from the website, NOT classpass. The massage itself was surprisingly relaxing and really nice! I came after work (you can choose a time on the website), so they gave me a set of compression clothes to wear. You can personalize the entire experience so you are comfortable, including the table settings, lighting, music, etc. The entire massage guides you through what they will do and lets you skip the step if it is uncomfortable. The only thing I noticed is people outside the room are playing Padel, so I turned the music volume all the way up to not hear that as much. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would go again!
