    Yoga Sculpt

    As a longtime yogi (who is also technically certified to teach with 300RYT) I can confidently say Adrienne is the BEST yoga teacher ever. She is energetic, motivating, clear with her instructions, tough but with love, and has the best cues. Her class is always invigorating and empowering. It’s the perfect workout to work every muscle big and small throughout your body. You also feel more grounded and focused. After all, it’s yoga! If you want to experience a challenging yoga session and take your Vinyasa up a notch, take this class!!

    The class was great and a good pace, but the instructor was not very beginner friendly. There was minimal explanation or demo and overall Georgia was not very encouraging. However, overall I enjoyed the circuit. The gym is great and really clean!

    Really friendly studio. Neighborhood gym vibe. Great class, really helpful instructor suggested great modifications for different levels (and because I’m pregnant). Fun workout with mix of strength conditioning and a bit of HIIT.
