The place is fairly small, so classes are usually about 5 to 8 people which is nice if you prefer a more intimate, one on one style class. The music playlist is a nice plus too!

Before class she asked for focus areas “do we wanna work on glutes/inner thighs/etc.” and made herself available after class to anyone needing extra attention or who had questions about moves. I’ll book again!

She was incredibly sweet, informative, and attentive throughout the entire class. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with each movement. It was a great first experience, and I’m looking forward to coming back!
