I told them I was extremely tight in my neck, shoulders and lower back and that’s exactly where the focus was for a hour. I even signed up for an additional 1/2hr for calves and feet and it was also worth it. I was offered a barley tea and treats at the end. Very nice touch. Looking forward to returning.
