Apparently this instructor was subbing for the usual instructor for this class but it was fab. Not a heated class but no AC so it was definitely hot in there! Would opt for shorts/ something breezier.

I have been to beginner classes at other studios and sometimes they move too fast without explaining positions as if you’re supposed to know the terminology or learn it in one day. Would take other classes with her when I am ready to do more yoga/have time.

We took the Yin Yoga class and, although our instructor was a substitute, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and guided the class beautifully. Carol checked us in and truly went above and beyond. Since it was our first class, she made us feel incredibly welcome and took the time to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The salt cave itself is incredible. The room is beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing. I walked out feeling completely relaxed and revived afterward. Such a unique experience, and I will absolutely be back!

Sean was an amazing instructor who was super attentive to me as it was my first time - you can tell this is his passion in how he shares it. Following movements were very clear and he made me feel confident to keep going even if I wasn’t perfect in my form.
