Kasha was patient, friendly, and respectful. She offered yes/no cards for posture/pose adjustments. The mats were complimentary and great for assessing alignment and position thru the class. Would happily come back here again when I'm back in NYC.

I loved his massage technique it was firm and really got out the kinks but not too firm that it was painful. He is very happy to cater the level of pressure to your liking.
