The - Movement Workout
alle beoordelingen weergevenI think this class is great. I’m looking forward to getting stronger once I stay consistent. The teacher is cool and so are the people taking the class. And there’s a salt cave here you can go relax in after class.

alle beoordelingen weergevenSuch a wonderful experience at Roslyn Salt Cave! We took the Yin Yoga class and, although our instructor was a substitute, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and guided the class beautifully. Carol checked us in and truly went above and beyond. Since it was our first class, she made us feel incredibly welcome and took the time to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The salt cave itself is incredible. The room is beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing. I walked out feeling completely relaxed and revived afterward. Such a unique experience, and I will absolutely be back!
