Very much appreciate that the instructors I have taken Jab with - Wilson and Bryndal make the effort to correct form and suggest improvements including how get more power or to go up in weight. The space is well curated and just a good experience.

Not every instructor can do this, but she is able to lead the class and point out stuff to correct at the same time. Best part is that she’s even willing to help if you have any questions after class too!

One of the best workouts I’ve done in the city. They focused on both conditioning and technique. I’m sore and I can count on one hand how many classes have made me this sore in NYC.
