Their class is very inclusive, has great flow and an appropriate time is given to warm up and wind down within the practice. The space is also fantastic, it's warm, and inviting. I highly recommend.

The only slight downside was the booking process and the fact my appointment got shifted twice - lucky I was flexible on the day and didn't miss out on the experience!

I also enjoyed the gua sha & face massage. Again, first time getting a ‘facial’ but it was very relaxing and I felt pampered. Thank you.
