I was happy to see the size or the sauna was 2-3 person, so it gives you just enough space to lay down, stretch, and do some lymphatic massage. They provide a massage gym which is so nice. I lived they they provided a shower, though that space is all black and a little hard to see in there. I do wish they would provide hair conditioner and a body balm or lotion for after the shower. Some basic skincare products were provided, like rash cleaners, toner, face oil and face moisturizer which was nice. If you have dry hair/skin I’d recommend bringing a conditioner/leave in conditioner and a body lotion to your visit. Next time I wanna do it all, sauna, facial, hair cut. Very cool space!

No massage was given like most facial settings will have. It wasn’t the normal “cozy” facial feel but rather stale dr office almost. It didn’t seem like the bedding was changed patient from patient as there was obvious signs of wear and hair on blankets provided. I booked an hour facial and walked out the door in 45 minutes.. Lots of upselling attempts made with facial upgrades, product, etc. Overall, walked away feeling like improvement towards overall building returning costumers could be improved. Please keep in mind that this is my opinion and maybe everyone had an off day but left feeling almost like I wasted my time and was listening to a sell’s pitch versus being able to relax the entire time.

I voiced that I needed some sort of exfoliation on my skin and she recommended an express dermaplaning session. From start to finish I felt I got my money’s worth with all the different products and devices she used, and I left feeling extremely relaxed. I also noticed a difference in my skin’s texture and brightness right when I left and my face feels like a baby’s bottom as I write this review.
