Her energy and presence put me at ease even though I’m out of shape and can’t do the full version of a lot of poses. Her class is sweaty and intense, but she leaves time for the most amazing shavasana—her music feels like a sound bath, and she even hands out cold peppermint towels! Take Jessica’s class for sure!

Instructor offered food to the class at the end which was nice. Overall it was an experience and if you haven’t done kundalini yoga before make sure to look it up before you go.
