alle beoordelingen weergevenBest class I’ve ever had! I’ve been to many studios and taken classes with lots of instructors, but Lauren is hands down my favorite of all time. Her energy, attention to detail, and constant encouragement pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. I’ll be honest, I don’t usually recommend heated classes for beginners, and her class is definitely challenging. However, if you’re not completely new to mat Pilates and want a workout that will leave you drenched in sweat, do yourself a favor and book Lauren’s class. It was my first time taking her class, and I loved everything about it—the pace, the way she cued movements, and the overall flow. She walked around the room to help correct everyone’s form, which I really appreciated. The music was good, but honestly, it was Lauren who made the class feel so amazing. Highly, highly recommend Lauren’s classes!!

I really enjoy the playlist as it really sets the tone. I enjoy the presence I feel during the entire experience. The studio is always so clean and everyone is friendly and welcoming.

The workout was definitely challenging, but her cues were clear, smooth, and easy to follow, which made the class feel both effective and enjoyable. The studio itself was clean, beautiful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their clients. They have almost everything you need to relax, recharge, and refresh after a great workout. Highly recommend Wellnest and Becca!!
