Let me put it this way, if you want to clear yourself of a challenging work week, sign up for Alyson’s Fire and Ice class. Alyson starts with a sequence of poses that builds up, her cues and timing are on points. I really enjoyed Alyson’s class because she’s really good at keeping you engaged and motivated. She too, like all the yogi instructors at Torch, they emphasize to do what feels right. While she keeps the energy high and challenging, I never feel like I can’t pause and slow down when I need to.. At the end of class, I always feel great!

alle beoordelingen weergevenKelly is a wonderful teacher! I took Fire&Ice and her spin class back to back and it was an amazing way to start the day. The amenities are fantastic- super nice showers and bathrooms PLUS*** It Can Be Coffee *** is such a nice treat after class for coffees or smoothies.
