The only issue I had was they didn’t have my contact info so couldn’t tell me I had to arrive 30 minutes before for a tutorial. Since I had boxing experience they let me do the class but I would advise getting there early or they may not let you in

The coaches encouraged me and my partner to not only challenge ourselves but do so in a safe manner. They focus on technique and community building.
