You don’t want someone too embarrassed to ask questions. All it takes is one person not understanding how to do one exercise and it can throw lots of people off.

I would just keep in mind it’s a very intimate class setting and there is no music or anything! I like it but if you want something more up beat I would not recommend. They started right on time and I was back in my car exactly 60 mins later. The chairs were not massagers but I was okay with that as I usually don’t use the massage option. I still found them comfortable. I also didn’t take issue to the buckets either, still felt clean to me as the buckets were lined and the water was fresh - just more of a manual process to have to fill a bucket. I will return again.
