It’s too hot and sensory overload for me to ever remember on my own so I very much appreciated this instructor leading majority of class. Excellent

Fleur used to incorporate some foam roller things but mighty lost her talents as mighty seems to do. Robin is incredibly knowledgeable & taught an incredibly beneficial class. I really hope this will be promoted for the incredibly unique and special total body health class that it is- and offered more than just once a week.
