Lavy was an amazing trainer, guiding us through the exercises with precision and especially keeping count of how long we had to hold each of the poses, allowing us to relax completely and push our personal limits. The full size machines are extremely comfortable in comparison to the smaller ones that some studios have. Towels are provided and you can take a shower after the class. La coach, Wassi, a été extrêmement attentive et encourageante tout au long du cours. Il n’est jamais évident de trouver des formats axés haut du corps, chose que ce studio propose et pour laquelle je reviendrai 🌟 J’ai eu du mal à ne pas lâcher, mais Wassi nous aide à nous accrocher grâce à ses mots, sa playlist et son humour.
