One small advice: It gets really hot in the room quickly and the workout is tough. Maybe 1-2 fans in the corner would be great, as the air was quite bad quickly in the room. I was sweating in the warm up already. But again, the class was amazing 😍

It was only my second time on reformer so did need some help with form which the instructor gave. Only complaint is I couldn’t see her at times due to the pillar in the room and the heat was insane in the room I don’t think the AC was working on a 29 degree evening.

I loved the physical assists that helped me elevate my practice. The space is very welcoming too, with natural light and soft flooring suitable for yoga. The skylight was a bonus!
