The studio is gorgeous and the instructor was really helpful at prompting which parts of the body needed to be engaged. It was a challenging class but there were always modifications if needed. The room is beautifully equipped and modern, I was able to connect my phone to the Bluetooth speaker in the sauna and listen to my meditation.
