alle beoordelingen weergevenI enjoy going to yoga joint and I haven’t had any bad experiences. I just have a few tiny critiques. The only thing I was missing from the instructor Jas was a distinct personality of the class. I like when a yoga teacher has a special something they bring to the class that makes it feel like a unique experience or brings a special kind of energy to the class that makes the room feel like a place I can really let go or push harder. It that sense, the class felt a bit generic. Also I usually go to the last class of the night. The instructors always turn the lights from dark to blue so we can get up slowly and pack up to leave. But they usually say “it’s the last class, take your time, no hurry” and they leave the blue lights on. I’ve noticed that Jas also puts on the bright lights in the back of the room and really gets moving to clean up. I’ve felt a bit rushed the last two classes and the bright lights in the back feel a bit jarring to me. I usually enjoy taking five minutes or so to ease out of savasana and pack up. Not a big deal but not my favorite.

She gave minor adjustment cues that helped to feel more connected to the pose. I appreciate an instructor who connects with each student in class. Loved the breath work and shavasana at the end

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class was great! it was my first time taking a cycling class - I arrived early, and was given a tour by the friendly gal at the front desk. Bruce was a great instructor, he explained what to expect and encouraged me to go at my own pace, and not stress about keeping up with others. He also helped me get set up on the bike. I paced myself, definitely worked up a sweat, and had an amazing workout!!Will definitely return!

I came across the gentle yoga with Christine and I am so glad that I did it. She’s an amazing teacher, really lets you feel comfortable and has suggestions for modifications. Definitely try to get there at least 15/20minutes before hand so you can physically be prepared and mentally be ready. It was a great workout and I can’t wait to try it again
