He’s a really strong instructor who explains form and technique thoroughly, making it easy to understand and follow along. He encourages you to lift as heavy as you want as long as your form stays correct, which makes the workout feel both safe and empowering. The ab work was especially amazing—really effective and well programmed. Overall, he has a welcoming presence and creates a supportive environment that makes you want to keep coming back.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe classes is very fast paced. It has to be, because it's a half hour... I feel like it's a good workout, but I struggled a bit, because it was my first time. The teacher did check in with me before class to show me the machine and ask if I had any questions. She gave me optional earplugs because the music was going to be loud. She checked in with me after class as well to see how it had gone. If you want some upbeat cardio, and you'd like a fast class where you'll sweat a lot, this is a great option. Also there was tons of parking on Pleasant Valley, which is only a half block away. I feel like I'm not ready for the intensity of a half hour class with my fitness level but I appreciate that this exists. And there were several people who had been doing this for years, and they had incredible stamina and their bodies looked lean and strong. I think the atmosphere is very welcome for beginners, but the workout itself is intense

Tae-Woo set a friendly tone immediately and had us introduce ourselves to one person we didn't know (but no forcing conversation beyond that). The workout was really solid, starting out with some dynamic stretching, then weights (slow, heavier, and intentional), then a cardio/movement with dumbbells/kettlebells and short runs. Tae-Woo easily subbed the SkiErg for the running for me due to a bad knee. It was chiller than other classes I've done but still really challenging (HR zones 2 to 5 by the last few rounds of the circuit. I'll definitely be back.

The playlist was upbeat to keep us moving in the morning. Studio was clean with new equipment/weights but a bit hard to find in the dark as the curtains were drawn for privacy and is set back a bit. ClassPass instructors had the location info but I didn’t notice or think to look until after drinking around looking for it. I will definitely take this class again.

Like she would notice immediately if something seemed off or uncomfortable, and she would step in into troubleshoot. It was really fun to fly up, and lift off the ground, and I feel limber afterward. I actually worked up a sweat, and I'm not ordinarily a sweaty person. This was one of those workouts where you don't really realize that you're working out because you're just distracted by all of the fun that you're having. And Tatyana has great energy- it feels like she wants to be there and help you enjoy the class, really encouraging. Thanks!

I love an instructor who embraces every body type and level, I’m someone who loves to challenge myself but I smoke a lot so I do have to take some modifications to catch my breath lolol , I never felt judged and I am excited to grow in this cardio space. I personally don’t mind the heat, but also I am in love with heated yoga so my opinion is a bit biased there. 10/10

Definitely challenging and adaptable to whatever level you’re at. 6am workout would let me get back in time to drive my kid to school and head in to work. This could be a great routine to get into (plus no traffic to worry about and easy to park at that hour!)
