Core work at the start woke the body up before the flow. Instructor offered modifications so advanced students could push harder too, thoughtful and encouraging the whole time. Also heard she’s opening a massage studio here, can’t wait.

I was hesitant about making the drive to Richmond from Oakland but the class was so worth it! I loved the open space of the studio. And they are one of the only yoga studios in the bay with an actual parking lot - can’t wait to come back.
