Im a newbie so was clueless on the process but Christina was a perfectionist in the best way. She finished, decided she could get them higher, and asked if I had some extra time to stay so she could keep working on them. Def didn’t have to do this, especially for a ClassPass booking. Took only a few more minutes but wow she got them so perfectly lifted! They look and feel amazing and I just feel so pretty. Thank you Christina! Will be back! :)

I wasn’t sure what to expect going in but Mariia explained everything, starting with going over my entire skin/face routine followed by walking me through what she would be applying on my face. She was able to assess my skin, something I’ve been struggling to do on my own, and give me fantastic recommendations per my skin needs. She wrote me a full plan of what to apply on my face and how to treat to once I left the appointment, and also asked me to send her the products I use at home so she can review ingredients to make sure they are right for my face. The relaxation part of it was just an added bonus to top off an already amazing experience. I got some great advice & will definitely be returning again in the future. Highly recommend!!

In a shared wellness space, her suite lighting and music was soothing and comforting the entire time. The two hour facial consisted of a double cleanse, extractions, hydrating mask, neck massage and more. Lovelyn checked on my allergies, sensitivities, and comfort often and the bed was heated. Lovelyn asked about my skin care regimen, helped me develop a better plan, and did not try to sell me anything. I inquired about future treatments and she said she would summarize our session and send pricing in an email which seems super kind. Though there must be a connection issue with class pass because I haven’t received her intake form or summary email. Lovelyn also practices a natural, holistic approach with an emphasis on Chinese medicine. #classpassinsider
