I was a bit nervous about going to West Oakland, but the area felt safe and welcoming—it was clean, had other businesses nearby, including a hair salon, and a friendly receptionist at the front. The massage itself was excellent. The therapist was knowledgeable, and the sports massage felt both effective and relaxing.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThey were very nice and provided a robe and towels, and the sauna is in a private room. They were very busy and the sauna unfortunately was not turned on early enough. They let me stay as long as I liked, but it took 45 minutes to reach 105 and it never really got very hot even after 90 minutes (or as hot as I am used to in infrared saunas).
