The class was amazing, It really pushed my limits. Brenda was great at instructing in a detailed way that I could understand. I would love to come back and I would def recommend this place to others! Beginner friendly, paced evenly, and the heat was PERFECT! Thank you so much.

Came to this location and the vibe was SO much better. The instructor was amazing, welcoming, and kind. And the other members were friendly and respectful. 10/10 recommend this specific F45 location if you are in OKC.
