The space itself is nice, there are calming colors and lights. The class gave an intro to the creation of Pilates, how the reformer works, and opportunity to try it and see how it feels. Very adaptable to meet your needs and so far, easy on the joints. I really enjoyed it and what little I did was fun and challenging. Can't wait for a full class.
