The treatment itself was so relaxing, my scalp and hair feel so clean. Erlinda was so nice and checked in with me to make sure I was doing ok throughout the treatment. I went in thinking I’d either get a haircut or face framing highlights, but I walked out with the hair coloring of my dreams. I have stubborn, ethnic, brunette hair and she corrected years of different colors and rings of color that was in it. She was honest out of the gate about what she could accomplish, the state/health of my hair and gave me many options if I was interested - she never tried to upsell me. She made sure to test strand my hair as well. She prioritizes her clients and she is a sweet, genuine & honest person. I had spare time today and took a leap with her to do a color correction/baby lights and I’m so, SO glad I did! I very much intend to go back and thankful I found a new stylist through ClassPass!
