Class was very small so a lot of 1-1 time which made me feel better! I used loaner gloves so just make sure that you wash up really good when you get home!

It was a crazy workout and you get so sweaty but a great time. Very friendly instructors and wasn’t as intimidating as I would have imagined (going in as a newbie).

He shared with me the etiquette of the sport and took me step by step with each warm up and allowed me to go at my pace to make sure I was performing the skill thoroughly. He has a wealth of knowledge on the history and reasoning behind every aspect of jiu jitsu. Made me feel very comfortable as a first timer to the studio.
