Pilates Burn
alle beoordelingen weergevenZephanie always has the best classes!! So challenging and a great playlist!! I do wish there was a no phone policy during class, a few girls would pick up their phones to text mid class or have the screen constantly light up from notifications and it was very distracting :/

alle beoordelingen weergevenHeidi’s class was absolutely amazing. She had such great energy and I loved her playlist. When it got challenging, she did such a great job encouraging us to keep going. I loved that she threw in a vinyasa flow in the middle. Stretching at the end was 10/10 relaxing. I loved my first time at RA yoga and haven’t been able to stop raving about it to my friends and coworkers today.

alle beoordelingen weergevenRene was so helpful and lovely! This was my first time doing an in person Pilates class, including first time doing reformer, and she was incredibly receptive and flexible with adjusting her plans. alle beoordelingen weergevenI keep coming back for a reason! This is probably my favorite Pilates studio in OC 😌 I’ve done strength training, Lagree and modern Pilates many times but classical Pilates is just special - I thought I was flexible and strong until I get here and every time, the instructors always shows me how much more I need to learn about my own mind/body (spine specifically) connection and I love it!! 🥰
