Both my nurse and the front desk representative were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and professional. They kindly informed me that I am eligible to receive a complimentary B12 shot as it is still within my birthday month, so I will certainly be returning for that. alle beoordelingen weergevenWas feeling a bit under the weather and decided to try the Cold and Flu Boost injection. There's a small parking lot for customers upon arriving to the clinic. Becca was overseeing the front desk and made check in and first patient intake a breeze. Basille was the doctor I saw and they were so charismatic and made me feel at ease. They let me know everything that was within the injection. I didn't know it was going into my glutes LOL but they made me feel comfortable. Overall I was in and out in under 25minutes it felt like. Will update with how I'm feeling in the next 24 hours. Can't wait to try other injections! *update* I went for a long walk after the glute injection and the soreness went away completely by the end of the day. Next morning all my very mild symptoms have subsided from my cold/flu.

Advanced Hydrafacial w/ Microneedling
alle beoordelingen weergevenDanielle is an excellent, however I didn’t get her this time. The newer esthetician took way longer than the 1.5 hours and felt really disorganized/inexperienced— in between my hydrafacial and microneedling there is a 20-30 minute period where I wait for the numbing cream to sink in. She came back in 30 minutes later but it took her an additional 10-20 minutes to actually start the microneedling. We were about to get started several times but she kept forgetting things or misplacing things and having to say oh I forgot this, that, etc which did not happen with Danielle. It was just weird that she had 20-30 minutes to prepare but didn’t until we were supposed to get started. During the microneedling she kept accidentally touching and getting the serums in my eye, which really burned. I kept telling her to pause to wipe my eyes. She was also a lot less detailed than Danielle who was very careful to extract as much as possible and neutralize wherever needed (I have hypersensitive skin) during my hydrafacial. Finally Danielle made sure to do my nose along with my forehead last to let the numbing cream sit longer as these two are the most sensitive areas, but this time my nose was done near the beginning which was a lot more painful. Overall it just felt like she needed a bit more coaching
