I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. It's my first 1.5 class at Club Pilates and I noticed Club Pilates is much easier than the other studios I've been visiting such as Neaumix Fit and Reform House (Reform House is the most challenging out of the 3). Club Pilates also utilizes different equipment such as the Pilates chair and mat exercises. I think if I want more of a challenge I'd go to my usual studios, but Breanna alone can bring me back to Club Pilates!
