alle beoordelingen weergevenAwesome class! I figured it would be like any hot yoga class but this kicked my butt in the best way. The instructor was very kind and knowledgeable and demonstrated the moves clearly so I knew what I need to do. Love the vibe and the killer playlist too. Will be back!

She maintained a nice, slow, steady pace and a smooth flow from start to finish. At times she participated in the workout alongside us, so there was less hands-on correction around the room—but overall it was still a really enjoyable class. The space is very open with light, calming music, and I loved that there were no mirrors—it really allowed you to connect more deeply to your body awareness and proprioception.

She would come by and check form and gently correct. The studio is fully equipped, clean, fresh with AC, felt comfortable. I would love to take another class here and with Heather again!
