alle beoordelingen weergevenI had a great experience at Athlete Recovery Room! I came in for an Assisted Stretching appointment through the ClassPass app, and I worked with Althea, the owner. We worked on hip and shoulder mobility and I was able to achieve a lot of stretches that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to physically do on my own. She was also very intentional and mindful during the entire session, making sure the stretches were tolerable, not too painful or uncomfortable, if I could notice a difference with different stretches, etc. I’ll definitely come back again soon!
