The instructor is very educated in technique and was very good at saying instructions in a way that is easy to understand. Very intimate class with a lot of hands on help. Everyone was super friendly and it’s a cute studio. Will be back!!

Additionally, she walls around and provides common sense solutions for portions of the exercise that are confusing. I highly recommend this class.
