alle beoordelingen weergevenFelt super comfortable during class, as someone who hasn’t moved their body in quite some time! instructor was wonderful, unfortunately I can’t remember their name but they were super accommodating. they always provided modifications if you needed help to stretch a certain way. the heat isn’t horrible but you definitely will be sweating at the end of the class. would definitely visit again!

Owner was very welcoming in checking me in and making sure I’ve taken a yin yoga class before. Bring your mat but all other yoga tools will be provided.

Very restorative and gentle while also pushing your flexibility and mental stability. Lisa also had lovely opening words about opening your heart center that made me tear up and deep rooting deep during shavasana that felt so grounding. Will be back anytime I need a more intentional yoga moment in my day.

alle beoordelingen weergeveni really enjoyed this class with erica. it was my first time at this studio & it felt very welcoming! erica had all the supplies we would need for the class laid out (support blocks, eye mask, blanket, strap thing) & they didn’t charge for borrowing the yoga mat. it was ultra ultra relaxing & erica truly takes the time to personalize this experience, by massaging the shoulders & scalp during certain stretches. 100/10 this is exactly what i needed this day!
