Patty was a diligent but welcoming instructor, so not only was I comfortable, but I also felt like I was learning and being challenged. She’s also very proactive about encouraging adjustments if needed. Also the class itself was extremely friendly, I felt so welcomed even as a stranger! Would love to come again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe instructor offered a lot of hands on adjustments which i loved. Smaller class sized and very individualized. Not the most cardio building class, more deep stretches and long holds for strength.
