That said, I was able to make it through this class, have fun, and feel like I worked really hard. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. The music selection was great, helped me keep pace, and motivated me throughout. I already signed up for the next class!

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was fun! I loved the class pacing - we had a full warm-up and cool-down period, which was nice. The instructor also allowed us to work at our own pace while still pushing us if it seemed to easy. Overall, I would recommend it again for others who want a good burn.

For reference im 24 / female and a completely novice to martial arts. Master Dan’s teaching style was totally beginner friendly and he did a great job at walking me thru not only the moves but also the reason behind them. I’ll def be going back!
