alle beoordelingen weergevenAndrea was a fantastic teacher. He would sometimes speak in Italian which was lovely. It was more of power yoga/vinyasa but mostly vinyasa. He did some unique adaptations of exercises that I’ve never done before (like dancer pose with a strap). Loved it. He actually demonstrates the poses which I appreciate because it’s sometimes harder to know what instructors mean when they only verbally instruct. Will hopefully be back.

Make sure to bring a mat and a lock if you want to lock up your stuff in the locker room. They also have bins for your stuff and shoes. alle beoordelingen weergevenThe space is really beautiful and clean. Lots of variety in gadgets used for mat (bands, weights, block, ankle weights) which keeps things fun and interesting. The class I took was modern, but with a classic Pilates foundation. The instructor Lynsey was top notch. She designed a nice flow between hip, core, arms, etc. The class was tough, but not torture which is pretty much my sweet spot for my before work workout.
