Intelligent sequencing complete with breath cues and Sanskrit. Chris even included a dash of yoga philosophy at the end. An authentic vinyasa practice. 10/10. 🧘🏼♂️❤️🕉️

Long Slow Deep
alle beoordelingen weergevenI can’t say enough good things. I get really nervous to take group classes and this was no exception. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, I know that sounds cliche but I have no other words to describe it. The instructor was welcoming and comfortable. The attendees were focused on their own practice, I didn’t feel watched or judged. I felt empowered to participate however my body needed. I’ll be back.
