She takes the time to explain each movement, makes sure you have the proper form, and always encourages you to challenge yourself without feeling overwhelmed. You can truly tell that she cares about her clients and wants everyone to feel stronger and more confident. I always leave class feeling accomplished and refreshed. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing Pilates instructor!

CP Reformer Flow 1 (50 Mins)
alle beoordelingen weergevenI forgot the instructors name but it was an impressive class for a beginner. I’m not a beginner but I’ve been out of practice for a long time. The class was gentle and I felt like I still got a workout without being unable to move the next day. It takes me days to recover from a work out sometimes and this class felt just right for my recovery period. I also loved that the instructor corrected my form. That’s very important for a beginner! Thank you!

The owner was very kind and welcoming. Jomarie was my stretch therapist and changed how I felt after being sore from Pilates. I left pain free. I needed this full self care day because it made a SIGNIFICANT difference in my recovery. I will for sure be returning! Cannot recommend it enough!
