The class was gentle and I felt like I still got a workout without being unable to move the next day. It takes me days to recover from a work out sometimes and this class felt just right for my recovery period. I also loved that the instructor corrected my form. That’s very important for a beginner! Thank you!

The owner was very kind and welcoming. Jomarie was my stretch therapist and changed how I felt after being sore from Pilates. I left pain free.
