    I think she was a calming instructor. Her flow was hard for sure but it at times was a little choppy or advanced for the students in class. Everyone looked pretty rough and confused for some of it. My body feels really good and refreshed after so I give it 5 stars. And I like her energy a lot. I just think the flow and cues could be more well thought out for the clientele. Spending 5 minutes at the beginning of class talking about your hands and feet and how they should feel during yoga just didn’t really land

    TBS - TBS Sculpt

    Great class! There are 9 spots for students and 1 teacher who does the whole class with you, very impressive. The studio is in the El T3mpo gym just to the left. You wear socks in the class, grip or not and are recommended to bring your own mat. I took the sculpt class which ended up being booty and abs focused. I recommend they add that detail to the class details but overall it was great! It was 0 credits for me so I am assuming it is new. It is a dark room with colored lights and music, which I personally enjoyed. I really liked Sylvia’s instruction!

    HPF - Hot Power Fusion

    Allan was so great. 10/10 .. it is definitely hotter then a usual HPF, and I wouldn’t recommend if you are new to hot yoga. This class is for those who know how to use their breath, and are able to handle the heat. Would definitely recommend to a seasoned yogi!
